Order Confirmation and Shipment:

As soon as your purchase a product and place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. Once the payment is processed, we will ship your product immediately. All products ship out within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. If the item you ordered is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Items in stock can take 1-5 business days to ship. Purchases over $5,000 take 5-7 days to ship. After the order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. With the tracking number you can track your package and get an estimated time of delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking number, feel free to contact us at info@pitchprodirect.com

 Damages:

Before accepting any package, be sure to thoroughly inspect your item for damages. In the event that your package is damaged, take photos of the item and send them to info@pitchprodirect.com. We will process the insurance claim on your behalf and pick up the cost of the return shipment.

Cancellations:

All cancelled orders within the first 24 hours are subject to a 20$ administration fee. Cancelled orders that have already left the warehouse are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the customer will be charged for the return shipping. Refunds on cancelled orders will be payed back to the card that the order was placed on. If you refuse the delivery for any reason, you will pay for return shipping and be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted within the first 14 days after shipment arrival with a 15% restocking fee, all returns after that will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee for all BATA products. 

Promotions: Here at Pitch Pro Direct, we are constantly having new promotions to give the most value to our customers as possible. Because of this, we only allow one promotional discount or offer per order. For example, if you can only use one promotional discount code during checkout, or pick between a discount or the promotional free gift offer. Our Story 

For as long as we can remember, baseball has always been a huge part of our lives. I remember just learning how to walk and hitting the T ball in the backyard with my dad. Growing up with three brothers, my dad was busy and always taking us to practice and games. We were either playing baseball, or watching it on the TV with our dad. It was the one thing that we all had in common and the one thing that kept our relationships together.

More Than A Game 

All of our close family friends were all met through baseball through the years. From little league all the way up to high school, the majority of our lasting friendships were created on the foundation of baseball. As much as we loved the game, we did run into a few baseball problems when we were growing up. The biggest problem was finding the right equipment for practice. The problem was that the big box retailers like Walmart had low quality equipment and the employees knew nothing about baseball. And then there were the specialty stores that were overrated and grossly over priced and just wanted to take our money. We were left with choosing between two different stores we didn't like. Out of this pain we experienced, we decided to create Pitch Pro direct! Since then, myself and my dad decided to create a place where we could sell quality baseball products and great prices. The result? Our customers love us. Since we started, we have sold many many different types of baseball products to many different customers.
